I’m sure it was part of the settlement. I’m no lawyer, but I’ve never heard of an NDA without some financial payment and/or financial penalty for disclosure, attached.

I would LOVE to know why she supposedly signed an NDA from a family member. If one of my relatives asked me to sign an NDA I would laugh in their fucking face. Maybe it was part of the inheritance settlement?
