Naming fictional metal bands is a lot of fun. Purple Beam. Angry Horse. Flying Death Machine. I once imagined a metal/doo-wop group called Dick Lightning and the Thunder Bunch.

I love how this whole thread totally ignores the actual article and focuses on that nightmarish pig...thing. I mean, I love it. Sincerely.

That’s not a T. Rex.

Can I just say, fuck Johnny Depp? Like, I dunno if this is the right place, but it feels right to me. Fuck Johnny Depp with a railroad spike.

What a stupid bitch you are, Dee. No one cares what you think.

How many movies of his have you seen? He’s only got five films to his name that he actually wrote. Chronicle was awesome. American Ultra was great. Me Him Her was enjoyable. Mr. Right was entertaining. The one big outlier is Victor Frankenstein and having read his screenplay for that film I can tell you a lot was

Why the hell is Black Adam such a concern? “We need to get the script right because Dwayne Johnson as Black Adam, you guys.” What about Captain Marvel*? What about Billy Batson? Aren’t they, jointly, the protagonist? Isn’t this their movie? Why not cast them? Why not tailor the script for them?

God damn, it’s like the only people who don’t know how to make a great Batman movie are the people making Batman movies. THIS is the cinematic Batman we should be getting.

Only way this makes sense is if they film the graphic novel exactly. Which I have a feeling they’re not going to do.

*sets out a sign that reads “studio executives responsible for DC Extended Universe THIS WAY” and hopes for the best*

Even then it wouldn’t be the classic depiction of Superman, and that’s precisely what this stubborn fellow is hoping they’ll somehow do.

I remember. I also remember that they weren't part of the MCU any more than Fant4stic was.

The fact that you expect them to do this despite there not being a single compelling, logical, organic explanation for it just says that you lack perspective. I promise you will be wrong.

You’ll be disappointed when you’re wrong. Disappointed that you didn’t get something you were never promised.

Actually Robbie Reyes will be the first Ghost Rider of the MCU, at least that we know of. The other GR films were not connected to the MCU.

I was gonna say, someone forgot about Danny Ketch. Then again everyone forgets the FIRST Ghost Rider, Carter Slade, especially since Marvel retroactively rebranded him Phantom Rider.

You are putting roadblocks into place that aren’t there. You are insisting that there are imaginary rules that you have to adhere to, but those rules don’t exist.
