All I know is that I’m from Chicago. I own two bikes and two cars. I bike when I’m going somewhere alone (like to or from work) and I drive when I have to (like when kids or groceries are involved). I blow off stop signs after looking around first. I stay put for red lights (unless it’s late or early and very sparsely…

That doesn’t make any sense. They’re going slow enough to stop themselves in time, also they’re generally more aware of their surroundings since their heads are out in the wind (unless drunk).

Have you tried substituting half the flour for (XXX finely ground) corn meal? Then add bacon that you’ve shredded in a cuisinart and some grated cheddar. Then you have pancakes that you can use with hot sauce instead of syrup.

Danger though! Don’t let them stick together in the fridge overnight.. I haven’t found the perfect solution yet. I’ve tried putting waxed paper between the layers, but that seems wasteful. Maybe powdered sugar between the layers will work? I don’t know.. haven’t tried it yet. I usually just carefully and slowly pry…

Please let the pan heat up properly. Also, please don’t fail to realize that next-day pancakes are wonderful in the toaster. Let me know if you have any pancake related questions. I will help you.
