i ordered a pizza. but yesterday i roasted a nice piece of salmon with allspice cauliflower and lemony kale. my go-to is roasted chicken with trader joe’s garlic-mustard aioli and crispy roasted potatoes. fool proof and so tasty.

thank you for the work you do. i’ve been wanting to do the same but honestly it makes me scared and i need the kick in the butt to make the time and do it. my excuse is always “i don’t have time” but i do. i can make the damn time.
