I just rewatched Glengarry Glen Ross a couple of weeks ago, and I was reminded how much I love his performance in that. Just about everyone else has showier roles with big monologues, and there’s Arkin quietly and confidently plugging away as Aaronow.

Funny, I consider the opening scene to be good, but overdone.  Could have easily trimmed that down a little.
