I worked for a skin care and beauty company that had ZERO female executives. And most of the rest of the employees, outside of accounting and IT, were women. I also got paid $10k less than a dude who had no college degree and less experience than I did. I left that place in a hurry. That was one of those young, hip

Yes true, if it was illegal, I'm sure that would have made the first batch of news rounds. I guess my hopes for the moral obligations of an organization are just too high. Well, clearly, that is the case.

I'm not sure I agree that they have the right to donate to whomever they choose. All their funding comes through donations, so I feel like they have a moral, if not legal (idk the laws of charitable organizations) obligation to give the money to institutions that do the MOST good and provide the most care for women

Except it's not their money. It's money given to them by people who want to help support women suffering from breast cancer. So they need to do everything they can to make sure that money is actually being used for that purpose.

I was a very sheltered child, and I don't think I knew what a blow job was until well into high school. I definitely would have had no concept of what rape was in elementary school. Hopefully this was just a case of kids doing stuff they've seen or heard on the internet, but don't know what it means, and not that

That's awesome! Sounds like a great guy!

I tried on a pair for the first time a couple months ago. Well, I half-way tried them on. As I started to pull them over my thighs, I looked at myself in the mirror and said, "Are you fucking kidding me here?" I almost wanted to burn my bra along with the Spanx at the ridiculous length otherwise sane women will go to

I always wanted to wear a uniform because having to pick clothes was always stressful for me. Which is why I wore my own self-imposed uniform of jeans and the same sweatshirt pretty much every day of the week.

They really do seem to have a relationship that could stand as an example for how all couples should treat each other. They seem to genuinely enjoy each other, and that it's not a "political" marriage a la the Clintons. (Not that I don't love Hillary, but I just don't see them as a romantic couple.)

I actually think it's a fine attempt at some absurdist humor. Since people are so keen to second guess rape accusations from grown women, will the day come when that question is put to children as well?

Wait, he's in Ringer??? I might have to start watching that now! My love of Buffy wasn't quite strong enough to get my to watch it for her, but now I think I have to!

I was just going to mention that! I would love it if they would make a VM movie about her being in the FBI. I think I'm now going to have to go to Netflix and rewatch the whole series. My love for Logan Echolls knows no bounds.

After working at a high-end restaurant on the Upper West Side, I have a healthy dislike of the wealthy, but I like to share a story about one of my dad's friends when discussing wealth.

I would actually prefer that to the ladies rooms!

Yes, retail work can be very stressful, and the little things can take a toll on you, but a person doesn't brutally murder a coworker unless they are mentally disturbed in some way.

Could you afford to maybe buy a refurbished Macbook? They don't run quite as pricey as new ones. So sorry your computer died :(

According to my high school science teacher, she was abducted and the evidence is because she glows in the dark. Not even joking. We never saw evidence of the glowing though.

Did we learn nothing from Ross Gellar?

Yeah I had a similar haircut when I was around 9 or 10, and it was no big deal. Of course, I think it was maybe Dorothy Hamil inspired? So probably every other little girl had the same haircut.

I'm fairly certain that lots of single women I know are planning their weddings on Pinterest, even though they're single. I don't understand that.
