We should be like Europe in immigration laws but not in social services, healthcare, gun control, etc.

Put more simply, a lot of those Swiss “gun owners” are adults required to possess weapons due to military obligations. Both guns and ammunition are heavily regulated. The owner also has serious liability, civil and potentially criminal, for any firearm misused or even stolen and misused.

1. Gun ownership is high but heavily regulated. This includes mandatory military service.
2. The Swiss healthcare system is non-profit for those plans that cover basic services, are heavily regulated, have caps on deductibles and out of pocket costs, etc.
