Definitely been turned back from six(6) miles.

Possibly concerns that the damage was to the doors and that retracting the gear might cause even more problems. No interest in flying at the very low speed limit with gear-extended.

Ever been hit with a water balloon?  Well this is a fair bit worse than that it would seem.

Of course it’s not. They are typically much higher to get coverage over a wider area just like you said. Just saw a video where two firefighters were standing outside of a house when the plane dropped its fire retardant load right on top of them. But they were fine (minus getting cancer from the retardant).

In my experience (almost 40 years ago), they would be maybe 20' above the ground (if it’s a ridge top or whatever) or the trees when they opened the doors. Dumping that much weight allows the plane to gain altitude quickly, so you would see the drop start 20' up, but end up much higher at the end.

Would you say their agenda on cars is a .... TRANSmission?

It is fine to call in a drunk driver if you are also drunk, but maybe don’t stop and interact with the police that you just called if you are drunk? I mean, the better answer here is don’t drive drunk, but obviously this guy isn’t the sharpest tool in the box, but he might be the biggest. 

Musk is petty AF, too, so if Bannon manages to push him out, it’ll be the beginning of the war, not the end of it.

As recent reports have suggested that Trump may be tiring of Musk, this might not be as big an ask as you first think.

I’m certain Oshkosh will come out ahead on change orders, but it’s worth noting they’re already building gas versions in large numbers as part of the original purchase order. It’s not like they’re starting from scratch here. 

At this rate I’m going to run out of a lifetime supply of popcorn by February.
