Wow. It might look pretty at night, but I think that might be the fugliest public art I’ve seen.

That dry heat will fool you though- like, if it’s 89 and humid in wisconsin, we are all inside because it’s fucking miserable, even being out on a lake sucks.

This is where “wet bulb temperature” becomes very important. I remember reading this year that during a recent heatwave, wet bulb temperature... somewhere... was over 95 degrees F which basically means that evaporation cannot cool your body below that temperature. This is considered fatal.

As someone who’s had to work in extreme heat, there’s a trick beyond staying hydrated and finding shade that’ll help IMMENSELY.

Yup. Plants grown in one desert to feed cattle grown in another desert.

Forget about the golf courses. Arizona water is going towards farms growing alfalfa for Saudi Arabia’s dairy industry

Yes, naming the development “Culdesac” must’ve been a no-brainer as compared to “Deadendstreet”.

I assume that drones will soon enter the discussion . . .

How funny would it be if the Feds just towed and impounded their trucks before the raid.

First, Cybertrucks aren’t really trucks. They are EV fashion statements. However, so what if panels get out of alignment a little bit. Trucks get used, they get dented, they get hammered.

I hauled lumber in my prius last weekend, no damage to report...

I have a 2007 Sienna CE that i regularly haul 1000-1300 lb of LVP flooring with. does it without a peep of complaining, works like a champ.

TELL ME YOU HAVE THAT ON VIDEO

The CyberTruck is not a truck. It is a lifestyle vehicle for influencers and tools.

Traffic Aware Cruise? Chill Mode? Car Wash Mode? Love to put my car in a different “mode” every time I do anything.

I hauled 600 lb of Sakrete mortar mix and bags of gravel in my Fiat 500 Abarth with no problem (and that was the limit of what I could push on the flat cart in Lowe’s). Also hauled hundreds of pounds of pressure treated 4x4 and 2x4 lumber (sticking out the back of course) on many occasions. Didn’t bend anything in my

Shuts” maybe? I don’t know.

I’m with you. This is probably not a “Tesla Can’t Do Engineering” issue so much as a “Tailgates In General Bend If A Ton Of Weight Is Right In The Center Of The Outer Edge”.

Luckily for him, it still shifts, but pictures on the forum show that stainless steel body panels don’t line up anymore.

I’m curious how many boards he had.
