So far I am very impressed with where MAYANS is going. I’m hoping Sutter learned some lessons from the last few seasons of SOA and the mistakes that were made. I didn’t HATE the last few seasons, but I saw their flaws and saw why people did. They were disappointing but didn’t completely sour me on the show.

I thought

That’s close-minded, snobby, and completely ridiculous if you’re serious. Mildly amusing if you’re joking.

I have to say that the fact that no actual Buffett music (just Dennis quoting from Cheeseburger in Paradise) was used but “Escape (The Piña Colada Song) WAS used as the music in between scenes made me as maddeningly frustrated as Dennis was getting about it and also made me laugh every time.

I’m worried because every

Politics had nothing to do with my post. I’m not ready to dismiss millions and millions of people outright because of where they live or their politics. Your last comment seems incredibly dismissive of millions of people.

There are plenty of liberals in “Flyover Country”. Look at Minnesota.

Two liberal women

“She grew up in Missouri” Like the Busch Family in St. Louis, maybe you’ve heard of them? They started a craft-brewery and its become pretty successful over the last 150 years.

This kind of elitism (I don’t know where you live, so I won’t say “Coastal Elitism”) is what drives so much of the rest of the country crazy.

All that should matter to a boss is that you get your shit done, and a shitty boss is one who doesn’t trust you to do it. I’ve met people who stay at work for hours on end and do absolutely nothing. Being present is overrated, in my opinion. It’s almost always just for show.”

Drew, for saying this, I will build an

Nope on Killmonger (some others too, but I’ll focus on Killmonger here). All his good intentions are completely negated by what he wants to do.

You don’t kill innocent people for what their ancestors did hundreds of years ago. No justification whatsoever. Furthermore, his destruction of the sacred herb showed he cared

I think there’s a consensus that the airplane sequence, all of it, from the moment it starts to when Lois faints, is an outstanding sequence. Watching it on the big screen, I loved that moment. The bullet bouncing off his eye comes in second. Humor-wise the best moment is Routh’s reaction to Jimmy when he’s informed

I agree 1,000%

Thanks for the reply and agreeing with me. Its appreciated.

Sorry about your separation/potential divorce. Been there. Its rough. Take care.

I’ll try and take a look at that. Thanks for the recommendation.

Ok, I can see that a little, but he doesn’t project that nearly as well as Austin projected his anger at the boss and authority. If that’s what people feel from him, OK, but he doesn’t project that at all to me.

Part of it may come from being in The Shield and their whole thing of attacking people as a team and their

You’re entitled to feel that way. I don’t. I feel the exact opposite. Different things work for different people. You clearly like Ambrose. That’s cool. I don’t think he “sucks” exactly, just that he’s not interesting. That’s the harshest thing I can say about him: He bores me and I find him one-note, his character

I’ve never heard that podcast. That’s an odd thing to have to do on a podcast, open up about yourself but at the same time keep some of your character in it. That could be difficult for anyone.

That’s not fair to him that Vince doesn’t like his background and being honest about it. Its not his fault that he grew up

Yes, I’ve seen him interviewed out of character a couple times. He clearly hates it. Its almost like he’s shy, but it may be that he just hates the media for some reasons. He’s very private. WWE made him get a Twitter account but he never uses it or any social media. Which, I want to state for the record—is fine and

I worked in a Mexican restaurant as a table busser in high school. The work was fine for the most part, but there was one manager who was this 50-something born again Christian woman. One time I cut myself and said “Goddamn it” and she overheard me and gave me a nearly half-hour lecture on how swearing is bad, how

It does actually. I can see clearly they are invested in him and want him to succeed. Which I am in total favor of.

He’s worked really hard since that initial run, which, if you look at his matches with Morrison for the IC belt, were really strong in some ways. I loved his original theme song back then. It was

I actually like Owens. I think he’s honestly funny and when he DOES get brutal, it looks really good. But there you go, different things work for different people. Owens I like, Ambrose I don’t. It is what it is. I can see why you say that and feel that way, but its different to me. Thanks.

I see that’s what they’re trying to do, and that’s the gimmick. But it doesn’t work for me. It does for a lot of people obviously. It just doesn’t work for me. I don’t see how he, specifically, fills that. He doesn’t sell it to me.

He has flashes of humor that I have seen. I remember that one. It was funny, you’re

I am wholly bewildered by what anyone sees in Dean Ambrose.”

Same here. I just don’t get it at all and was thrilled this past Monday to see Drew McIntyre destroy him. If someone who liked pro wrestling a lot, but hadn’t seen it in years, was shown that match, and you asked them: “One of those guys is a former World
