I see it every evening. It’s mostly cars with computer screens for instruments which are illuminated at all times, so the driver thinks his lights are on.

It’s straight-up illegal to have the tire (the tread specifically) sticking out beyond the fender. A buddy got nicked for it in his ‘Cuda way back when— why isn’t this enforced today? How are tire and wheel shops even allowed to mount this stuff?
Y‘know... as a pedestrian, I find I’m a lot less likely to get run over if I cross BEHIND a car after it’s passed. It’s easily worth the 2-second delay.
Oh, come on Helmut— open your eyes and have a look around you!
And those are just the yellow ones!
Not to be harsh, Charlie, but I gotta be harsh. Talk about a fumble/own goal! The question was “Which awesome car we get in Europe, but the Yanks can only dream about should I bring over?”
The Majorca TSD vintage rally. Dream stuff!
Yeah, but it’s still one of my dream bikes. I’d just need to pull off a really good Rothmans Honda race bike paint job.
You see trucks like this, with the tires sticking way out beyond their fenders, running around everywhere-- why aren’t they getting ticketed for that? In H.S., a buddy got a fix-it because the rear tires on his ‘Cuda stuck out 3/4"-- how are all these brodozers getting away with it?
Photos #9 and 16: I guess fast Fords still like a lot of front roll stiffness
I’m surprised no one mentioned this:
According to other sources, all deposits will be returned if the car doesn’t happen. If I had the means, I’d be on that list as well!
“You’re hearing the soul of the car coming out.”
Good Lord...
“Do a little research. Just because the GPS says there’s another route available it doesn’t necessarily mean it’s the safest one to take,”
Nice, but they should have started with an Odyssey.
Yep, Riverside—like we needed another shopping mall.
I’d add any of the cockpit shots in Top Gun: Maverick-- the actors had control of the cameras pointed at them while they were in the air.
Beat me to it!
$1000 for the car, $19,000 for the badge.
