Unless there is literally three games’ worth of content, each Fire Emblem better be $15.

There are also Goombas in Link’s Awakening.

Unfortunately, they don't allow us to buy episode two. I'm SO stoked for this game, but I can't make big purchases right now. Others, I'm sure, aren't willing to buy an unfinished game.

Are you referring to the nightmare fight? I believe that's just a fake parallax effect. Very cool though.

Anyone with infinite time and resources (both human and lack of hardware restraints of 15 years ago) can iterate on a concept until it's brightly polished. That said, this mod is amazing however much I disagree with your argument.

Cotton represents some of the best artistic and technical use of a pseudo-3d effect some call "line scrolling." What's happening here is a repeated texture is "scrolling" in one direction while being rendered at different sizes every line. Space Harrier and Sonic 2 use this effect, for instance.

It differs from Mode

Reading through these replies, I'm reminded why this argument has so many problems. You will never, ever please everyone. The more you try, the more you're exposed to the criticism of having tried. I commend Blizzard for this work. She seems like a well conceived character, and if the positive from all this

(The discussion of jungle changes starts shortly after the 8-minute mark, though you should watch the whole video if you're interested in learning more about how 5.4 changed some of the game's champions as well.)

"For me, I think it's a mistake to make caricatures of what different cultures worship," said Miyazaki when asked about the Hebdo attack [via Yahoo! News]. "It's a good idea to stop doing that."

This is shoddy craftsmanship, sure, but there are limits to what network saving can do in certain situations. If you never give the game a chance to sync its local cache to the server, you're gonna have a bad time. Still, this should have been caught in testing, and any competent networking programmer would have

The primary difference between these is the self shadowing and ambient occlusion detail. Other improvements to the pre-rendered version include a more detailed clothing and goggles sculpt (simulated as well?), sub-surface scattering (the nose, eye socket, and left breast passing red light through the form), a more

A touch-enabled Yoshi's Cookie would be fun. Specifically touch, not stylus, although I could see a viable game for 3DS. But I'm also not willing to pay $40 for Yoshi's Cookie. Nintendo could make a cell phone division and train up their newest studios on smaller, cheaper projects all the while introducing the new

AAAaaaannnndddd then they ruin it by showing fight scenes where nobody ever gets hurt. Beautiful characters, though. Makes me want the inevitable Mass Effect 10 year anniversary revamp.

It's cool and all, but you might want to know how this works. When there is nothing to "draw" onto the screen, be it the track or a character or whatever, the system has to determine what to do with that. In games like Mario Kart 8, they can save some processing time by simply ignoring that blank space. The result

I'm willing to bet the actual reason for this is related to rendering time, considering Nintendo has had no problem with panty shots in the past.. This game is already doing things I never expected to see on the 3DS. Why waste vertices and texture space for underwear? Less stuff to render, animate, and store =

Nothing's ever good enough, is it?

That's not really much better. Clearly, we're looking at a pretty enormous bias toward Japanese protagonists, which shouldn't come as a surprise, considering most of these games are made there.

Ah, thank you. Got a little ahead of myself.

Let me know if the new media player accepts MKV. Otherwise, nope.
