This article is unnecessarily confusing because you use the terms “lock” and “freeze” and “unfreeze” and “unlock” interchangeably. They’re not the same thing. Equifax and the other credit reporting companies want you to think they’re the same, but they’re not.

To my knowledge, Ally doesn’t have sub-accounts, but they will let you open lots of fee-free savings accounts, which is essentially the same.

It had to be more sinister than that. It was a clown after all.

My first thought was, “One man’s trash is another man’s treasure.”

I feel like the risk of credit card skimmers is overblown. You’re not responsible for any unauthorized charges, so the worst thing that happens is that your credit card company sends you a new card.

This is a “new” feature? Other keyboards like Swiftkey and the default Samsung keyboard have been doing this for a while now. C’mon Apple!

Hm...good point.

If you’re really smart, before a disaster, just keep boiling it until you have dehydrated water, and then use that instead. /s

That’s the same point Josh made above. It’s an external battery, like an Anker.

True, I think I saw $200 or $300 last year around Black Friday. But I’m in a rush this time :-)

Source: I literally went into Costco today and I received this deal. YMMV, I suppose not every Costco has this deal, but I doubt it.

I’m not confused at all. iPhone 8 isn’t available online with Costco right now. You have to go in store to get it. And the deal is as I previously stated.

It’s external, like an Anker.

As far as I can tell, the best deal on an iPhone 8 or 8 Plus on Verizon right now is at Costco. They’re offering a $125 cashcard and a extra battery for pre-orders through tomorrow.

I’m with you. I would never cook eggs in anything other than a Teflon or well-seasoned pan.

Agreed! If anything, it’s the fact that they are so big that introduces these types of discrepancies. It’s the old adage: The left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing.

I wonder what would happen if you combined the roux based one with the sodium citrate one :-)

Wait... Genuine question... I’ve used Chrome since it first came out and I’ve never used the multi profile feature. Can you tell me more, or is there an LH article about it?
