If Just Cause took itself seriously and had boring mechanics it’d be a Far Cry game.

How is this different from any random combination of 3 mods?

You could presumably uninstall it, assuming it was installed like any regular mod (and not something like SKSE).

Who said Bethesda made Nexus take it down? Chances are Nexus did it themselves.

What’s the issue? If what it does is made explicitly clear, it serves effectively the same purpose as a website blocker to help people break bad habits with playing time.

The first time my girlfriend saw SR3 I was running around in it as a toilet with oversized boxing gloves on and she laughed til she fell down.

I would love to know the metrics on how many people chose the “heroic” vs “vengeance” ending in SR3, because once that song came on there was literally no choice for me but to save the day. Definitely one of my favorite gaming memories.

4 had easily the best story missions in the series, by my estimation. 2's kept getting caught up in the jank of the engine, by 3 and 4 they were more stand-out setpieces.

Damn, that’s really disappointing. Saints Row 3 and 4 were an absolute blast, especially the DLC in SR3 that gave you superpowers.

I believe they’re aiming for SR3 levels of silliness, which was still a pretty silly game.

Since the arc for the first set of games was “A bad GTA ripoff ->....-> Comedy Musical Set in Hell” I’m just hoping that the new set of games follows a similar trajectory but with a better starting point.

I disagree with basically everything John Walker writes on this site, and the one time he has a take I agree with the comments are roasting him for it. You couldn’t pay me to sit through a GTA clone, you can barely get me to sit through GTA, so SR1+2 did absolutely nothing for me. 3 raised an eyebrow, and I was all

I have long struggled with the death penalty. Life in prison without the chance for parole should be enough in most cases, however in the case of Mr. Roof I feel that yeah he needs to go. He was invited and killed them. He reloaded while people lay dying. Did I mention he was fed after being captured? He has been

I think it was specifically the Track and Field organization. Different sports organizations, different rules.

All of the concept art and previews and such for SR3 and SR4 also depict a very specific version of The Boss but are still fully customizable, so it would surprise me a lot if they didn’t allow for customization of The Boss.

It sounds like The Boss in this is a pre-defined character, which is an odd choice considering that character customization has been one of the biggest draws in the franchise. It would also seem to preclude there being a campaign co-op element, which is the other biggest draw in the franchise, and shows that Volition

“Look at the new Saints Row in action!”

Thanks for the review. It saved me some money.

If I wanted to deal with “mind palace” shenanigans, I would rather play Persona 5 (Royale) or Persona 5 Strikers. At least, it deals with mind palaces with style.

She should also be suing UFC because clearly there was some contract between UFC and Berry’s company (or some company involved with the production) that mandated that the person be a UFC fighter.”

Of the production company simply decided they only wanted to work with UFC fighters.

if you are a pro MMA fighter, then your job is to fight not star in movies.”

And I’m sure this woman appreciates you telling her what she can and can’t do with her own life.
