When the couple ordered two loaves of bread and five fish for Golem Jesus, the restaurant staff knew they weren’t going to make any profit that shift.

Missed opportunity here. After the ambulance left, Dana should have asked the quartet, “Did you still want a pizza? Try praying for one. See how that works out for you.”

They never took a doggie bag home and they never touched Golem Jesus’s meal.

You can do this as a customer?
I have never thought to do this. But after reading your comment, I think I will start to make a fuss. Now instead of being sad when I see a rude customer causing problems, I can stand up for the waiter or clerk. This will be fun!

Ohhh, The Hours. I need to dig up my DVD and see it again. One of the few movies in my life where I had to sit in the theater for a long time afterwards to process and compose myself. And I’d read the book so I already knew what was coming, they just did such an amazing job bringing it to the screen, it gutted me.
