Me: "Too soon?"
Honeycrisp isn't even the best apple? Are you fucking high?
There have been lots of incidences in racing where a motorcycle rider is in the track after a wreck and is accidentally hit or where a car is stranded and another vehicle hits it. They do not lead to criminal charges and you'd have to somehow prove that this case is extraordinary in that regard. Tough row to hoe for…
You assuming Stewart was brushing back Ward. That makes people assume you are saying Stewart was mad, or angry.
Sprint cars do not have power steering and are next to impossible to turn sharply at slower speeds. Drivers must throttle the car to get the rear wheels to actually push the car in the direction they want to turn.
A second question could be, "Does Ward have any responsibility in his own death by having placed himself in danger?".
It's actually very simple they are needlessly making complicated. Ward was running into the middle of a hot track (not requiring race speed vehicles, just running vehicles) and what happens? He gets hit.
I like how she's good at sitting on stools.
What a Csunt.
The dude who got hit lost a tooth and broke his jaw in three places, which he had to have wired shut.
Too bad for the victim. If he had just held out a little longer, York had an engagement ring waiting for him.
Because this is nothing like the Trayvon/Zimmerman thing. If Trayvon ran in front of Zimmerman's car while Zimmerman was racing on a dirt track in order to prove how macho he was, then it would be comparable. Or if an armed Stewart stalked an unarmed Ward down a dark alley at night, yelled and him, and then shot him…
Someone almost ran me off the road the other day on the interstate because they weren't looking over in their blind spot. I then drove up about 100 yards, stopped my car, then got out and started walking in the middle of the highway until I found the car which caused me trouble and I pointed at him so furiously. Wait,…
Network A recently posted a video of Chris Forsberg (professional drifter) trying out a Sprint car. They did mention in the video that you do steer mostly with the throttle, so that helps to explain various theories of why Stewart may have hit the gas when he was close to Ward [to steer away from him when he saw him…
One thing to note about the video above, is that the camera is outside of the right side head restraint. The drivers view is nowhere near as full as this video on the right side. Also, the track in the video appears to be very well lit....
Still, he said: "I seen Kevin clear as day. Nobody else ran into him, either."
Maybe part of the reason nobody else hit Ward was because Ward was actively avoiding them, while actively aiming for Stewart.
Wow, you're a better woman than me. I never would have responded to such an idiotic, hate-filled comment so graciously.
A bunch of morons opining on legal matters they know nothing about?!? What is this, the Deadspin comments section on the Tony Stewart story?
