From what I’ve read, if you have a big belly, but it’s still hard when you flex it, then the fat is under the skin. If you can do the Truffle Shuffle, then it’s in the skin.

The rollers catch on EVEYTHING. If I were to buy again, and I’m seriously considering it, I’ll get a Miele canister. Canisters are a PITA, but if they work better, I’m all for it. 

I have two golden retrievers. The Hoover did a better job at picking up their hair. The Hoover could actually roll across multiple surface types without getting stuck (the Miele can’t roll from hardwood onto an area rug without having to pick it up). The Hoover had more capacity.
