Harry Potter author J.K. Rowling recently blew minds when, in an interview with Emma Watson, she revealed that she…
But what about Frodo and Sam?
My beef was they all hooked up at age 18-19. That's just not realistic, even in the wizarding world. Everyone hooked up with their first love, but it shouldn't have been their only one.
See, I don't know what version of Harry Potter that you read, but in mine, Hermione was the protagonist, and after the Battle of Hogwarts, she went on to get a PhD at Cambridge and met a lovely woman there.
how are there nearly 300 comments and not a one speaks the truth? Hermione is CLEARLY a lesbian.
No, the true mistake was not putting Harry and Draco together. Drarry 4-Eva!!
Whatevs. I want her to admit that Harry should have ended up with (a redeemed and reformed) Draco.
Serious lack of Dramione here.
I only wish Harry would have done what a real boy with his fame would have done, slept around a lot and been a general bad boy. Like a certain other Harry...
Well, I still wish she paired up Harry and Draco :P
I always thought Ron was a fairly useless character. Really the only thing Ron brings to the table is he is a Weasley and all the connections that brings.
Hermione should have met a grad student with a professional passion. Might even be a muggle. I just can't see Hermione pairing up for the long haul with anyone as aimless as Ron.
The Hermione/Ron relationship develops more organically and credibly in the movies than in the books, FWIW. Really, what does Hermione see in Ron?
Naw, Ron and Hermione were fan service or in this case author service. Hermione was waaaaay out of Ronnie's league. I always figured she'd end up with Neville since he "blossomed" into a smart hot bad-ass. Harry + Ginny was Harry's way to get the "real" family he always wanted.
I always hated that they got together. Hermione was way too clever and awesome to just settle down and marry Ron. She should have been a professor at Hogwarts.
I, for one, am RELIEVED to hear this.
I'm actually kinda glad to hear this. The fact that they ended up together always felt a little cheap to me. Sorry, Ron, but Hermione could do better.
J.K. Rowling was interviewed by Emma Watson for an upcoming issue of Wonderland magazine and she dropped a bombshell.
