Damn you beat me to it. Was gonna say this decade also, everything from the pocket rocket Fiesta STs and Focus RSes, up thru the P1s and LaFerraris, and everything in between where Mustangs, Camaros and Corvettes and Hellcats dwell, I haven’t been this giddy about cars - ever.

The sixties!

I think if you drove more cars from the 70s, especially stock US versions of them, you would change your mind. The primitive emission controls of the era plus the reduction in compression ratio made them unresponsive pigs. After some quality wrenching time they were much better, but as delivered from the factory they

Easy, this one.

Not quite the same as the price difference is pretty big. Golf R vs RS maybe. Even still if I had Focus RS money i’m getting something bigger for a family car. I don’t need to be in hoon mode when I take my kids to the store.

See my other comment. Neither car is great as a primary family transport. That is why I have a Sienna as well. These cars are fine as the occasional family car, but they are a pain to live with everyday if you have to lug kids and stuff.

Out of car seats, but not yet gangly teenagers. Also, not a lot of extracurricular activities and you never go on vacation for more than 2 days. I love the WRX for what it is — perfect for 20-something singles and empty nesters. This no more works as a ideal family car than a giant crewcab pickup, but for opposite

“Why Watch This YouTube Red Car Review When You Can Watch This One For Free?”

This is one of the reasons why I like RCR. They don’t do the whole youtube standard car review crap.

I drove Hondas through high school and college, and wondered at the time why I never saw old Hondas restored. I guessed (mostly correctly) that most people just drove them into the ground. Partly, though, I think they just hadn’t been around long enough yet. The attachment I formed to these cars at that stage in my

My 78 Civic CVCC and I heartily approve.

Last year I attended Dr Simeon’s talk about preservation vs restoration. The main subject matter was Shelby Daytona Coupe CSX2287. Simeon made the decision to preserve the car instead of restore it. Which angered Peter Brock since the car had been modified a few times through it’s life. Brock felt the car should be

I live in silicon valley. You see quite a few, still dunno why you’d buy this over a Tesla though. But yes they do look very sleek.

To all people complaing about lack of power, etc... there are bazillions of new and used more powerful cars on the market, so what are you exactly whining about ? The GT86 (as it’s been properly named here across the pond) has 200hp, is rwd, is light,is cheap, with cheap tires. It doesn’t need big brakes, big

Toluca Lake. It’s thirty minutes away. I’ll be there in ten.

Which is where Buick is. Did any of us really think this would make production?

Don’t worry Buick fans, they still have an exciting new two-door!

Just saying that supercharging is less impressive than engineering a completely new engine in a size that was once thought impossible. Look at the problems it caused with the Z06.
