Hey, great things were accomplished by one person starting with “what if”. Forgive my slightly snarky observation. As a designer, I was just trying to say it is sometimes merely difficult, not impossible.

Sorry, did not see that.

It always sounds so easy....

I would say at this point it's anybody's guess. The concept rendering at the Car & Driver website showed a coupe greenhouse sort of like a cross between the BRZ and the Cayman.

The article in Car & Driver said the ic engine would drive the rear wheels only, with two electric motors driving the front. Unless you had a different source.

A theory right now is that this is the beginning of a new STI concept. But the scuttlebutt was it would be the FA20 turbo engine/electric AWD. At that time no mention was made of a mid-engine configuration. What makes this really interesting is whether any of this development is being driven by WRC development. In any

McLaren 570S: What you really wanted the new NSX to be. On sale now, why wait?

That’s cool. I don’t race, therefore I am not concerned with winning, just enjoyment.

Pretty sure he is doing this just to have something to write about.

Ford should have imported the Cortina to the U.S. rather than bother with the Pinto.

Although I will say, the driver of a new big BMW is usually a little different from those driving roadsters or 3 series. I will just leave it at that....

Oh, absolutely. Location can be a big factor. Most of the jerks in muscle cars where I live are young, spoiled, and stupid. The BMW owners are older and mature. Although I hate to stereotype cars and their owners. Anybody can be a jerk.

It's the driver, not the car.

People that don't understand the joy a car like yours can bring need to read this. They really become a living thing. Thanks for sharing this.

I need to do that. Actually I need to go drive one. I am embarrassed to say I have only driven an old 530i I almost bought. A great manufacturer, regardless of some challenges to maintaining them, but nothing good is easy!

I honestly cannot say that is the case for me. Most of the Bimmer drivers I have encountered are pretty well mannered compared to others of ahem, the pony car persuasion.

Good for you. Hopefully it was on a race track.

There’s more to driving than mindlessly pushing down an accelerator to see how fast you can melt your tires, but judging from your user name I doubt you would understand that.

And he will be exactly the kind President all of the people that vote for him deserve as well. In the end he will sucker anyone that had the stupidity to think he was on “their side”.
