Pretty much.
Pretty much.
The concept of whiteness has expanded over time.
I wouldn’t say most. Depends on the kind of Cuban. First, there are lots of black cubans. Second, it depends on social class in my experience. I used to live in Miami. Knew lots of cubans naturally. But I lived in the hood. They didn’t really pretend to be white.
Hahaha, no thank you. I appreciate it. That is funny. Believe it or not that actually did make me laugh after you explained it to me.
Several people have made this joke but I don’t get it. Can I ask you to do a terrible thing and explain the joke?
That is very true.
Rare to see someone who makes games with such a passionate purpose. I like that. Wouldn’t probably play them myself because A. not gay so can’t really relate and B. I mostly just play games purely for fun and don’t really care about the artistic aspect of them. But I like the idea of it lol. I like his passion and…
lol he’s still talking, even though I stopped reading his comments a long time ago. Look, I’m going to show you how easy it is to let go...
I know a lot of guys that are obsessed with dating thin girls and it doesn’t matter about the face.
I can’t believe you’re still talking lol.
There are risks and costs to action. But they are far less than the long range risks of comfortable inaction.
A person may cause evil to others not only by his actions but by his inaction, and in either case he is justly accountable to them for the injury.
“In self-defense and in defense of the innocent, cowardice is the only sin.”
Now you are just denying that you said all the things you said. You are feigning ignorance “what the fuck are you talking about?” You know what I’m talking about dude. You’re a coward. You’ve lived a soft life and it has made you soft and insensitive. You’ve created an elaborate system all so that you can turn this…
It’d be nice if you saved someone else’s life, but you’re under no obligation to.
You’re one of those people that are always hear about that are really fun at parties, aren’t you?
That’s very true, so many different kinds of injustice, and different kinds within those kinds. It would be overwhelming to consider them all at once. Which is why I don’t recommend it.
Now, I’m not saying this philosophy is perfect, but it helps me find my place in things, and I feel I’ve become a bit better in effecting the type of small, daily changes that help to eradicate this privilege divide because of it. But that’s just me. Do whatever works for you.
I think, for the most part, acknowledging it is the biggest step. From there, it depends on the situations one finds oneself in in their personal lives. Unless you’re in a specific position where you have power or influence, your avenues for making change might be limited. I have faith in people to make the right…
Don’t do your best, that’s clearly not good enough. Don’t kill people. Don’t try to kill people. Don’t justify people killing other people. Don’t spout off these insane positions where people might see them.
