This is true in a general sense but could have been about more than just Fortnite and its profit margins.

I will say that this isn’t just a straight forward attempt to make news of gossip or drama, but brings out attention to how ridiculous this all is. I mean, sometimes you need to see how crazy things are to take a step back and realize thata. What I got from this, and what many people did, is that many of us, maybe all

He’s not sucking their dick man he’s right. The way that Epic is going about this really makes my soul want to puke, and I think Apple has reached extreme, abominable, absurd levels of greediness as a corporation. I am with Luke in that I just see no good guys here, but only the depths of shittiness that corporate

Film can still be an audio-visual format with subtitles. You still hear the actors, their voices, their acting. Even without subtitles, I’ve watched plenty of scenes of foreign language films with no subtitles that moved me precisely because film is this audio-visual experience.

I follow people that follow him, so I see his tweets often. I’m pretty sure his reaction had more to do with the fact that he does not like Kotaku than with the fact that they were emailing him at an inappropriate time.

So yes, people are allowed to be racist or do whatever. Other people are also allowed to withdraw support from those people when they find out about it. Whether we find out about it through ethical or legal means or not, once thee info is out there, we have every right to say, I’m not gonna buy that product, or I’m

I’m with you, but remember, you got lucky. Not everyone will be that lucky.

I actually hard a hard time telling which one you thought was worse. Spreading Covid-19 misinformation and conspiracy theories seems worse to me, since we know that actually does help to spread the virus. As opposed to a “joke, however offensive, which does not.

Yeeaaah I had no idea who this man was. You know, sometimes I imagine what it would be like to actually give a fuck about any of these people.

Yeeaeh it’s just super bad timing. That in itself is remarkable and newsworthy though. It makes me think about how historical context can change the meaning of things.

Of course that would be extremely cringe, no question about that. Too on the nose? Is that the right way to put it? But yeah the civil rights analogy is a huge part of the spirit of the x-men imo and what drew me towards it even as a kid.

Haha its funny because I was disappointed that it wasn’t black. Then I was like wait a minute... don’t I have enough black consoles?

I am confused.

This is a phenomenal article. Really, I mean it I enjoyed this one a lot! I too remember being captivated by that poster for a second but I never obsessed over it. I saw it again in remake and was again captivated but again, only for a second. Cool to see it can go so much deeper.

Awww, ok I was initially prepared for this to be sort of lame campaigning but this is actually cute.

It helps if you look at this writing thing as an art, which is what it is.

This movie will be terrible. Nothing to be celebrated by it, and no legitimacy to be gained from releasing another bad video game movie. You must look elsewhere.

What is the real world you are referring to? Because I exist in the real world as well as in the online world and have never heard anyone talking about him one way or the other.

This didn’t really blow up on Twitch though it blew up on tik tok and twitter, sites which are not streamer culture and where cleavage is the norm (as much as I’m with you on not understanding the streaming thing). So she’s not being disingenuous to talk about it as the perfect storm.

Me? Nah. I like Bernie a lot. I’m not sure about all his ideas (gotta do more research) and his inability to speak to black voters is frustrating. Also, he lacks the charisma or leadership of someone like Obama, which is important for inspiring people and offering a positive answer to the attitude and politics that
