Uh, False.

I think of them as the Cadillac of bikes, in that they’re very much a US thing, and I’ve always assumed they’re good for long distance crusing on the long straight roads I assume are everywhere in the states.

Ha I hear ya. I’ve owned nothing but Japanese cars, and had nothing but good luck (aside from crashing 2, and 1 getting crashed into). The only US made Japanese car I owned was a ‘97 Honda Accord. All the rest of my cars have all been built and imported from Japan (‘97 CR-V, ‘94 Acura Integra,‘95 and ‘96 Nissan 240SX,

I drive one and I have a strange amount of love for it. Best car I have ever owned. Does he own the current generation? The current one isn’t that bad but the previous ones were terrible. It does feel heavy compared to other economy type cars though.

Like, do these people even know?

Seriously, man. I drive 120 miles a day in a Prius because mileage. It is a terrible car to drive, but I did it for a reason.

Casual Jeep Wrangler owners are very guilty of this too. Can’t tell you how many times I’ve heard “I thought it’d get good gas mileage because it’s small.” It’s a 4 wheel drive, body on frame SUV with the aerodynamics of a brick and a kind of large engine. What about this screams “good gas mileage?”

Yes, there’s no good BMW owner

But they can park nose to curb in the space of a postage stamp when you’re still looking for an available parking space.

A surprising number of people in my office alone, and if you suggest that perhaps they would get better mileage if they drove something smaller they usually respond with incredulity and bafflement as to why they would ever drive one of those “death traps”.

My father in law has had a string of yukons and blames Obama for high gas prices any times it's over $2.50 a gallon. It's his daily commuter.

just about any BMW owner, because their owners dominate Instagram proving what we’ve all known that they are self absorbed, I’m better than you c0cks as the top gear boys would say. I don’t feel bad for them for having this rep, especially the ones who lease.

Sorry not sorry, Doug..

I have no sympathy for European and American car owners. Unfortunately, European cars all have a higher cost of maintenance, and alot of people skimp on that, and hence you hear of the 4-20k repair bills. There’s a price to pay if you buy a luxury or even a normal European car. American passenger cars until recently

Um, I think you’re missing the point here.

Stanced car owners who complain about tire wear. I don’t feel bad for you - you did this to yourself

(I know it’s cliched but) Sorry about the small dick bro

Chevy Cavalier owners.

Youabian Puma owners.

People who drive giant SUVs and bitch about their poor gas mileage. What the hell did you expect?
