I love Brooklyn Nine-Nine to death, but I just want to give a shout out to Joe Lo Truglio in particular. Not only does he have some of the best bit parts in movies (Role Models or I Love You, Man for instance), but his Boyle is genuinely one of the strangest and most bizarrely lovable characters I can think of.
