This generation was introduced during the 2020 model year, not 2022. 2023 was the facelift. If you go to Seoul, Korea you will see these everywhere as they are a status symbol for the wealthy. They indeed have serious gangster presence, especially in black.

I thought the thefts occurred primarily with lower-tier cars with keyed ignitions? Cars with key fobs didn’t have that vulnerability.

Call me a snob if you’d like”

They’re lights

This is a hard sell for a new car. But Genesis reliability and warranty + Genesis depreciation + luxury sedan depreciation = used car bargains.

Also, the Genesis vehicles I’ve looked at are very well equipped, capable, and CR says they’re reliable.  I was thisclose to buying a GV70 in 2020, but couldn’t find one.

those are lights. Looks pretty cool at night.

Just replace the transmission. While it sucks to have major mechanical failure if there is no other issues with the car it would be more cost effective to repair the trans. At most it should cost $6,000 the transmission to be replaced. A 2015 rav4 with a bad transmission is worth NOTHING. If you replace the

You missed my favorite piece of it all, its got a sizeable hatchback. I’ve carried 4 drawer dressers, crib + changing table (disassembled), bookshelves, etc. in mine. I don’t have a plaid but I do have ludicrous, and its insane to me I can carry actual, sizeable furniture in a car that would embarrass just about any

Here here. I have a 2019 Model 3 LR. It runs high 12s in the quarter and it’s my commuter car.

It also can drive itself on the highway, and comfortably drive your grandma to church on Sundays.

Well said, sir. Love or hate EVs and/or Tesla, it’s important perspective to step back and appreciate. Even lower end models (ex. Model 3 Performance) bring absurd performance to the masses to a degree never before possible.

Well it beat the Taycan around the Nürburgring by 11 seconds. It’s about as fast as the new NSX or an R35 GT-R.

It’s big and heavy- it’s no F1 car, but it’s got a low center of gravity and torque vectoring, so it’d be a good time for sure.

no matter which brands you love or hate, it is an astonishing time to be a car fan

it’s to eliminate the time it takes to go from the brake to the accelerator, and the ramp-up as you’re pushing the pedal to the floor, ya wiseacre

So let me get this straight:

All the hype around the Bronco, and then this mess. At this point I feel like Ford can’t even blame COVID anymore for the screw ups. I know two Bronco buyers who used lemon laws to force Ford to buy back their vehicles after multiple failed attempts to repair them. I also know quite a few folks who were on the wait

Your mechanic has *never* seen a Tesla, lets be honest here.

Says a guy who’s never read their balance sheets.

Probably won’t have much of a career as a cop either. His so-called “brothers and sisters” in blue will either make his job such an intolerable hell that he’ll quit, or he’ll end up dead “in the line of duty.”
