Agreed. Car glass is not the right application for this. At least not windows, maybe head or tail lamps....

Yeah, that one body shop in the whole county that is approved to have a megawatt laser.
Yeah.. and you have to go to a body shop to get the metal framed glass welded to your vehicle...
They would have to figure out how to weld glass to rust :-P
Manufacturers would also need to be careful about body flex. I’m sure that window seals and adhesives provide a lot of give so that the glass isn’t stressed while the rest of the body flexes and bends when there’s a sharp shock.
*Scientists have found a way for insurance companies to more easily consider a car TOTALED after a minor accident.
Imagine a future where a cracked windshield costs $4000 to replace!
This means that David Tracy could repair the rusted out frame on his postal Jeep using glass!!!!
THE SIGN SAYS 55, SO I’M DRIVING 55, JUST LIKE THE SEMI TRUCK NEXT TO ME IN THE RIGHT LANE.
That 1MZ was notorious for sludge build up problems on the 1st gen Sienna. Maybe the engine was struggling and the owner was pissed Toyota wouldn’t fix it for free.
My bad, i misread it. Haha
Yeah. On top of it, some of these people will pass you which is fine, but they’ll slow down you end up passing them again, because they were never going quick to begin with. Or the ones that you catch up to, they speed up and you end up passing 12 miles down the road cuz they got tired of moving at that speed and…
I don’t think adding a comma and a contraction counts as flipping anything around. Your statement is functionally identical to Maxxuman's. Were you trying to say something else?
This calls for an empirical study. I’m going to need a team and I’m hoping you and 42 others volunteer.
I have noticed the same thing with my Volt. Rarely do I get tailgated in my Silverado, but if I drive our Volt it seems there is always a tailgater. Guess some people just don’t like hybrid/electric cars. I drive both the same. Funny thing is I have the Volt because I’m a cheapskate, not because I’m anything close to…
Oh yeah. In Jalop Slack somebody even mentioned this is the kinda person who’s yelled at their server more than once
A someone who has a minivan and other cars, I laugh at how I drive no differently in either, but am always tailgated in my minivan and rarely while driving my other cars.
A few weeks back I passed a tractor trailer in Florida that had large letters on the back saying “If I just passed you on the right you are an asshole.” It’d be cool if he passed this guy.
The worst part is that you know this person hangs out in the passing lane, despite that fact that it’s just as much against the law as speeding...
It is also illegal in many/most cases to fail to yield right to faster-moving traffic, regardless of the speed limit. (As of course all good Jalops know.) RECHTSFAHREN!
