Um, none use CFRP for any mechanical component whatsoever. Never have. So yeah.

His voice makes me want to never hear again.
We don’t need more bullet trains, we need more GTR’s.
And to think some people actually try to turbocharge those 420a's...
For now at least...
Union employee? Yeah right. The only unions left in the airlines are for flight crews and mechanics. Ground handling gets pooped on. I would know...
Pretty sure that Sylvia is holding WAAAAY back... just sayin.
Wait, Honda is making something good for the US?
Totally agree. But sanity is not a requirement for sales lol
General rule of thumb in sales: Something is worth whatever someone is willing to pay for it.
Too bad it's an Automatic...this is the much rarer 2.5L 2006 model.
The Speed 3 has been shown to need an upgraded High Pressure Fuel Pump or internals as well as a reflash/tune (typically done with the Cobb Accessport) just to make the CAI safe. I actually wouldn't mind an increase in engine noise as I can't hear the turbo at all, so that part isn't really a downside.
I see there being two distinct camps here, and neither one thinks the other knows what they are talking about, and neither will ever really change sides. You either think it's a waste of time selling your car privately, or think it's a waste of money trading it in.
I will definitely agree with that sentiment.
I have driven multiple Miatas as well as a Mustang convertible. Being completely honest, it does nothing for me. I have more fun with the roof up personally...
Power is easy to add but gets expensive very quickly, especially if you want to do it reliably. I currently own a Mazdaspeed 3 and I won't even add a "Cold Air Intake" to it because of the risks involved - accompanying mods to properly and safely use just the CAI are around $800.
A Mazdaspeed Miata has been done before, and perhaps later in the generation cycle they will consider one. Fingers crossed.
See, I've done that and I honestly don't care much for convertibles. Like I said, I love the Miata but I always want the top up. That is just me personally however.
I hate to be the one to say this, but at 13.8lb/hp the 2015 FRS has a better power to weight ratio and costs the same. I prefer the Miata personally, but what is Mazda offering that others aren't here? The power needs to be ever so slightly higher - in the 175hp/170lb/ft range to really entice me. It's not about…
