While I realize your questions are rhetorical, I think it important to answer them.

“Vote against your interests” is the GOP’s (largely unspoken) motto. If people took the time to figure out the issues and vote responsibly, the GOP would be gone in 20 years. 

That’s what I don’t understand. This administration is all grifters — they’re all out to line their own pockets. What’s the financial benefit to her for defying the law? Who is receiving the money that’s collected on these fraudulent loans? Seems like there needs to be some much more thorough investigation here.

You and me both. I don’t care about the game aspect. I care about the speed traps, accidents, and congestion, in that order. That’s how my friends “sold” me on Waze (which is free, so admittedly, the sale wasn’t tough). I’ve never met anyone who cared about their Waze levels. 

My understanding is that usually these programs are contracted out to a third-party vendor. So no, you’re not talking to police or even police-adjacent individuals. And yes, some of them do misrepresent themselves as such.

Yeah, I read a fascinating article on “normal” psychopaths. One basic point was that lots of people can be psychopaths, but as long as their upbringing is normal, they don’t tend to become violent. They learn to react like they actually care about others, even if they don’t feel it.
