It wasn’t a service dog, it was support dog; there’s a difference. One is covered by the ADA and the other is just some bullshit the airlines allow to happen which is easily abused and creates situations like this one.

Dude was in first class you don’t just bump people out of of first class because someone paid extra for seat selection; you’re first class you paid extra for the seat and got a seat assignment.
