ok,  manual is good news but let’s be honest. Everyone is going to shit on this thing no matter what because we are never ever happy about anything

Acura has done SHAWD with a 6mt in the 4th gen TL before.  Totally different car/engine, etc.   Just saying its not unprecedented to see SHAWD and an Manual together.

Brown is good

Spoiler: It’ll suck

Hell yeah, brown wagon Jalop out here doin’ the Lord’s work. Respect.

This is also how you set way too high of expectations for enthusiasts of the Integra :/

I like my brown car. To be fair, it’s not the most brown. I really like their new Brown Maple Metallic, available on SPA cars:

And both models will only be available in white, black or gray.

To clarify, that comparison performance-wise is true if you’re talking about the EP3 Civic.

Yeah, we have one in my wife’s Macan and it’s not bad, but I feel a handbrake is at home in a manual FWD. And handbrake drifting in a new $30-40k car wouldn’t be the dumbest thing I’ve ever done.

I wanted a green color for my last vehicle. There were like two of them in the whole country, the nearest one being over 500 miles away. So I settled for a good deal on a dark gray.

Manual Integra confirmed

Look - if it’s a (slightly) more expensive CTR, with subdued looks - I’m very much interested.

That sounded like a pretty low redline, and if the 5-door configuration and recent spyshots are any indication, it’ll likely just be a reskinned Civic hatchback.

Can’t wait for the head-to-head against the front-drive (sad noises) BMW 2 Series.

That last image is what you get when you dissect one of the cars from your Homunculus Theory.

We need more green

I get these as rentals regularly. I don’t see that they really need a refresh. They are unique on the market at this point, the tooling is long paid for, they are very reasonably priced and pretty nice to drive with a reasonable level of modern conveniences. Just leave well enough alone.

Disagree. The bro-dozer/boomer/luddite crowd, maybe, but you aren’t selling to them right now anyway. Forget about that segment. They’ll be interested in 10-15 years when they have no alternatives. This is the EcoBoost problem all over again, and we can see how that transition went.

I think we need to go further, tap into their ultra manliness, describe how using this truck basically turns them into Thor the God of the Thunder with a sick guitar solo playing in the background.
