I feel like straight line performance was never the major benefit to Ferraris.

I’m wondering what Ferrari will do now... When their straight line performance will end up being matched by other random american sedans (tesla), what makes Ferrari a Ferrari? Less confort? No awesome sound to drool over? No beautiful engine to look at? This switch to electric is NOT a good thing for supercars... all

If you drive under the daily range, it’s a solar powered car. If it’s above, you have the option of charging it.

That’s 22 mile per day, each way. 5 days is 110 mile trip, each way. 10 days is 220 mile trip, each way.

I give you the Volkswagen EV1, with a drag coeffecient of 0.159

it can theoretically be charged exclusively by the sun, it has an option to be plugged in to charge when conditions require it.

Worried about buying a car from a startup? Don’t be. The 0 comes with an 8-year bumper-to-bumper warranty.

The overwhelming evidence and sources you’ve provided have completely swayed me. You probably know more than the DOCTOR OF ENVIRONMENTAL TOXICOLOGY that conducted the study in the article I liked to.

It does if the mask prevents the saliva and other fluids containing the virus from getting to your nose and mouth. I read a study saying wearing a mask is about 80% effective at preventing YOU from contracting the virus. It’s not 100%, but if you were told one restaurant was 80% lower chance of you getting food

Nah, it comes in nuclear green, 401 hp from the factory w/ carbon/ceramic brakes and a ‘drift mode’ for the AWD system. That’s why I want it. It’s bigger than my GTI so my bass will fit laying down across the rear seats (won’t fit in the GTI like that but DID fit in my 2010 Jetta).

Yep, this is the dad car to have. What a great package, too bad everyone will buy an Atlas that sucks ass.

The Arteon wagon or the RS3 sport back would both be nice here. To be honest though, if I’m going to plunk down $50k for an Arteon R line... why not just plunk down another $10k for the RS3? Will you really miss that sport back (or the $10k) when you’re laughing like Dr. Evil as you drive it?

They are quite pretty.

I liked my technoviolet M3 more.

Yay Techno Violet!

Sad that they’re basically abandoning one of their best new engines in a long time. I get why they don’t want a V8 anymore in smaller cars, but they completely ignored the awesome I6 they developed just a few years ago. I would definitely rock a C55 with a 429 hp I6, but not a 4-banger with that much power. And I’m

From the stats, half the fatalities are not wearing a seatbelt, and from only 10% of the population (which jives with my general observations). So that is by far the biggest bang for the buck here if we really wanted to save lives. It is also far and away the easiest (and probably least controversial) to implement.

Harsher DUI penalties will do more to reduce DUI’s than any device on a car.  Stop letting drunks get away with “vehicular manslaughter” and start charging them with “negligent homicide.”  After a few dozen drunks get half life sentences people will wisen up, and it doesn’t become a hassle for sober people having to

Surprised that distracted driving wasn’t mentioned in the article with texting and driving being among the worst.
