IIRC, it’s only the 2000 model year, and even then it’s manageable on stock wheels. Just don’t put 18s on it and you’ll be fine, lol.

yeah really thinking this will be a blast to drive. Its also expected to weigh just over 3000 lbs. The cayman GTS is 3200+ and 394hp so i think this will compare favorable to it.
It did. Don’t get me wrong, I loved that car, but a crash in it is why my back is messed up.
i think its by far the prettiest car under $100k and im happy it will have things like hydraulic steering, mid engine, and relatively light weight. they design is gorgeous inside and out
That’s a nice reminder that the entire world hasn’t gone completely to shit
I like how all different people come to the aid, military, black, white, etc. Even a health worker at the end!
While your premise is logical, you would only be adding to an already overwhelmingly boring grayscale monochrome car world. If you’re gonna buy that car, buy a goddamn real color and make people happy.
yeah to me douche is driving a giant SUV. but whatever you do with this car you have to get a metallic paint. white and flat colors just do not show off its curves
Man, I’m so glad that it never occurred to me to worry about whether random strangers think my car makes me look like a douche or not. Two of them probably do. This is a terrible realization. Not.
We would prefer a sporty car, but are open to an off-roader.
A classic car that speaks to you is the only way not to look like a douche. Everyone, even non car people, appreciate a good looking classic. With this kind of budget a decent used restomod should be attainable.
Used Porsche 911 Turbo. $125k should get something new-ish with low miles. If you don’t like it, sell it on BaT for a hefty profit next year.
I’d suggest an air-cooled 911, as I think they ooze class...but I believe that market is about to take a big ol’ shit and now is not the time to buy.
Or a first gen NSX?
The worst part about owning an exotic is having to maintain and repair it. Even if you have deep pockets, sometimes the downtime and sourcing of parts can ruin the experience. I highly recommend something that is somewhat reliable and not going to break you when you want to enjoy it.
You can get a nice Montreal for less than that so I don’t know why you wouldn’t. They’re so damn cool.
Come on the guy is a business owner! Get something that’s fun but still classy and surprisingly practical:
Evora is like the Miata -- only enthusiasts know the real value.
If anything, R8's are a bit stodgy as far as supercars are concerned.
R8's are douchey? I think they’re at least a lot less flashy than their Lamborghini and Ferrari counterparts, even if just through 2015's generation. Oh well. Some fun cars to choose from.
