    Lol.

    Every. Fucking. Time.

Rushed? What was rushed about it? MRNA vaccines have been in development for 60 years and tested in humans for 20 years. The only thing that was “rushed” was the mobilization and leveraging of what had already been done.

Agreed that the delay can be troublesome, so it’s important to “trust the dose” but I still think clearly labeled edibles tend to allow better self-regulation. I’m also speaking from a Minnesota perspective that now has legal edibles up to 5mg a dose, which makes it generally easy to ease into.

I would have given this advice back in the day when edibles were willy nilly thrown together by a stoner roommate or some lot rando so you could get in trouble real quick, but with improving regulation/dosage on edibles it makes a lot more sense to start (and maybe just stay) with edibles. I know a bunch of people who

Yes! I freeze all my pesto that I’m not using right away in 2.5 oz silicon ice cube trays and then vac seal two cubes per package. I froze about 80 oz total from my 2 basil pots this summer. Tastes fresh and bright all through the winter.

....now i have a machine gun.

I get a little concerned about over screening since false positives are a natural outcome of screening and those false positives can lead to expensive, un-needed, and potentially harmful interventions. This happened with over screening and diagnosis for breast cancer, and imagine it could be even more risky with

The difference is that most of the time when an average person giving $1000 to a local charity, they aren’t giving it to themselves. In this case (like many of these big “charitable” wealth transfers) they’re basically preserving their wealth under their control.

    ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Yeah. I installed Lutron Caseta throughout most of my house (20 dimmers, switches, and plugs) shortly after posting this (almost four years ago). I absolutely love it. The best “smart home” application I’ve done, and I agree with all of what you said.

2022 Toyota Sienna Woodland Edition is dope. 36mpg. Seating for 8. 35-100 cubic feet cargo space and 1500lb hauling. 3500 lb towing. AWD. If I had more than one kid I would definitely get one.

It took a little time to get used to the moaning and rubber-band effects of the CVT

    It’s a symbol for swingers.

PBS ThinkTV Passport is a good value at $2.99/mo “contribution.”

100%. not only is it sucky, but i80 is usually a fuster cluck of semis, rvs, and trailers making it sucky white knuckling for 6 hours.

Well, unless the earth burns from climate change, economies collapse, and my 401k is useless for survival. Can’t win ‘em all. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

...buying a $5 iced coffee five days a week for a year costs $1,300 ... After 10 years you’ve spent $13,000 on iced coffee

We microplane parmesan cheese with butter and salt on our popcorn. delish.

Wasn’t it called the “Bell Beefer?”
