Other than the corn starch hack, I would also suggest making a mirepoix of sautéed onion, celery (+ leaves), and carrots (plus any other veggies or greens you like) and then instead of straining the bits hit them with a wand mixer or blender.

I always add a tablespoon or two of corn starch to my broth-based soups. It really adds body. Just be sure to dissolve it in some cold water before adding it.
I get Peacock free with my Xfinity internet sub so it’s an easy decision for me. It’d probably be an intermittent sub otherwise, but I think it’s value is competitive with Netflix since it’s so much cheaper.
