Ah yes, that world-class Apple design we’ve all come to expect.

Thinking it’s time to lapse my NF sub considering the price bump. Or at least move to the basic plan.

I’m in the same boat. Haven’t gamed since PS1, but hopped on the YTM / Stadia give away and have been loving it. I even did the CP preorder to get another controller and Chromecast. I’ve only played CP for a little bit (basically just through the tutorial), and I don’t really follow the technical aspects of gaming,

    Girth.

I sub to Passport. I see it as 75% sub and 25% member benefit/donation. I’ve donated to a fair amount of public media, but it definitely feels more like a sub since it opens up content.

One note on Peacock. If you have any TV service at all check to see if you can get Peacock Premium for free. I get it free with the 10 channel service that Comcast pretty much requires for internet service. Still has ads, but opens up all the content which is pretty extensive.

To be fair, you could probably fit your iBalls in it too...

Does the adaptive sound work for connected bluetooth devices?

Why no Stadia? They’re offering free controller and Chromecast with the Cyberpunk 2077 pre-order.

The two “non-ingredient”  key steps to great eggnog:

Do you get paid for every “so?” If I wanted a tablet I would have said i wanted a fucking tablet.

Christ what are you the aspect ratio police? I said I liked my older wider phone and said I didn’t want a foldable. I’d love a 5-5.5 inch 3:2 phone. The moto x was the closest I’ve had to that. I stated an opinion. Now kick rocks.

I’d get the Surface Duo before the Galaxy Fold if I wanted a folding phone. I’d just prefer more horizontal space. The 16:10 screen on the 2nd gen Moto X was almost perfect. Shrug. I also wish I could find 3:2 and 4:3 computer monitors.

Because more horizontal space allows more words per line. I get it, you don’t like it. There are 9000 different 21:9 phones to choose from. I just think it would be interesting if the “Note” line actually mimicked, you know, a note pad.

Surface Pro is 3:2. 3;2 (and moreso 4:3) gets you closer to the a standard piece of paper. Why? Because it would be more useful for what the Note should be good at (reading, note taking, emailing, etc.) Not to mention would allow media to be larger (relative to equiv screen area on 21:9) when scrolling

The should re-invent it with a 3:2 screen (or even 4:3). It’d be perfect for stylus support, and hopefully help to buck the trend of super-tall phones.

I got the free stadia for YouTube sub deal a couple weeks ago. I’m not a gamer, but I’ve really been enjoying it. It’s pretty much perfect for people who won’t spend big money on a console.

Potatoes, cream, butter, and thyme sous vide @ 90°C for a couple hours. Discard thyme twigs, separate liquid, rice potatoes with some roasted garlic, and the fold in buttercream liquid. Salt/pepper/MSG to taste.

I’ve not experienced any flickering issues after almost 2 years of using about 20 Caseta dimmers with 60+ LED lights.

    Fucking predatory pricing.
