I’m actually rather amazed it made it to 280k miles - what did this truck think it was? A 4Runner?

Unfortunately, his landlord is basically rich. David treats his rental house like a rental car

1. TWO HUNDRED AND EIGHTY FUCKING THOUSAND MILES.

The interior appears clean and features the puffiest seats you’ve ever seen. “

“…the seller claims more than $7,000 in parts having gone into it over the course of the past seven years ownership”

This poll should have 3 options

You could probably buy up the entire neighborhood, with how steeply property values have dropped on account of his mud pit of a backyard.

Are you kidding me ? For $8200, you can have David’s fleet AND his house.

Sorry, we have a strict policy of not negotiating with eTerrorists.

COTD is usually GOOD puns, so maybe try that?

It’d have to be about $5k “jeeper” for me to consider it

“....but I DD a 996 right now, so take that for what it’s worth.”

A German mile is worth 100 Japanese mile.

I will add that I’ve never spoken to anyone who didn’t enjoy driving one. I’ll probably own one someday, but I DD a 996 right now, so take that for what it’s worth.

This, it almost depreciated at a $1 per mile rate since this owner bought it.

This car is one of the reasons why the PPI was invented.

I’m guessing a PPI will reveal why exactly this car is being quickly sold again for $10,000 less than the owner recently paid. I would normally grant a conditional NP as well, but something doesn’t feel right about this one.

I’m not sure if 115k qualifies as high mileage, unless something about this motor was a ticking time bomb?  Cars from 2010 and on will easily push 200k if taken care of.

Hmm... high mileage Porsche at a cheap admission price?

I like the later-gen redesign more than this one, but I also never found the Panamera to be as off-putting as others do. After a good independent mechanic once-over to establish this guy isn’t just dumping ahead of unfinished work, I’d say this is nice price.
