Both things can be true, no?
Both things can be true, no?
I feel like if there was ever a Platonic ideal of “You can be correct and still be an asshole,” it’s this situation.
It’s quite the interesting interplay between the “fuck the cops” and “fuck the millionaires” crowd I’d imagine.
A fair trial by American standards would mean he could buy himself out. How is that better than the imprisonment of an actual billionaire criminal.
I don’t know the details of Ghosn’s case, but I will say this: Japan has a 99.9% conviction rate. Their justice system has flaws that I can’t quite support. When he says it’s a rigged justice system, he’s not wrong. Getting a fair trial, by American standards at least, is impossible in Japan.
*Not shown for legal reasons: video of said Mustangs departing en masse from the parkade.
Like that scene in Top Gun where Charly is trying to talk to Maverick and he keeps blipping the throttle on his Ninja.

I dunno, could make for a good family vacation. Just don’t call the bartender “knucklehead” or “yellow belly.”
Drop the seating for 6 and AWD and just get her a nice matrix.
I had the same dilemma a year ago. We ended up getting her a 2003 Acura MDX for $6000. This is the era where they had some transmission issues, but in our case it had been repaired, though even if it hadn’t been fixed the car was 15 years old and still drove well. We put some money into it...timing belt, brakes, etc,…
That advice is....(•_•) / ( •_•)>⌐■-■ / (⌐■_■)...right on target.
Under no circumstance should anyone buy a Dodge Dart
Easy. The answer is about 50 miles more then whatever miles are on the car you’re looking at. Because that is about when you’ll figure out exactly what is wrong with it unless you get it inspected. Seriously, just do it.
Alternatively, let’s remove all warning labels from all products and just let Darwin sort it out.
