I agree with every word of what you said.

Hoo boy, yeah, it’s frustrating, but get vaccinated, wear a mask, take care of yourself and the ones you care about. It’s all you can do.

hush now child.  Chuck is here to make it right.

The politicization of the response to this pandemic was the worst and stupidest thing we could do, and we have largely one person to thank for it.

If that means we get Mayim Bailik, that’s only slightly better.

This movie is so fucking badass.
I rediscovered it last year, one of those films you can’t believe you don’t remember, where watching brings back a sense of slight recognition - you know you must have seen this but thought you might have imagined it.
The sheer 1992 of it is a wonder to behold, like time-travelling to a

Speaking of music rights, Roddenberry wrote “lyrics” to the Star Trek theme.  Which were never recorded or used in any capacity, of course.  Just to snare half the royalties for the soundtrack album away from Alexander Courage.

Problem is the music rights. If they want to use Gene Roddenberry’s iconic hits they have to get permission from the family.

Yep, he’s so good in that scene in the car. Pete had the ability to give him a super, severe beat down but he was scared shitless.

Does that work as well in reverse? I’ve got A friend has some blood stains he needs to clean up.

I remember liking this film at the time I saw it. Now, I could be remembering this all wrong as it’s been over three decades. I did wonder how the Xenomorph looking alien was supposed to be able to handle a firearm, though.

Honest Trailers nailed it, he's just another MCU CGI villain in the Vulture suit, but he's scary as hell when he's Michael Keaton.

If you want a hardware store, go to Orchard or Ace.  You want a big box hardware store, you go to Lowes (yuck).  If you want a stuff store, go to Home Depot.  I’ve never seen a store so big with so much stuff but nothing I need, staffed with people who just have jobs but no knowledge of the stuff they carry.

I literally didn’t eat any kind of restaurant, take out, to go, fast food or anything except food I prepared myself for for like, 6 months or so. Eventually, though I got tired of my own frozen food portions for lunch every day. You can only eat so much pasta, hash, casserole, M & C, etc, before it gets old.

Fascinating. For my money, though, there aren’t a lot of MCU villains more threatening than Adrian Toomes (Kilgrave, Thanos and Killmonger, maybe), and a lot of that is because of his performance.

Same, friend. I first heard this mistake and thought, ah, must be a meme joke I’m not getting.

Who? WHat? Who would think that’s Zach?

It was! But people paid attention because she was Seven of Nine by that point... so posits the theory.

Maybe if StarTrek had made more cheese products, we could have avoided Trump too.
