I'm sure you're right, and I thought the same thing. I just assumed they would list the older meaning as well in the description. As it stands, I can only assume that some actual time travelling is being done, and every time we access this website, we are distorting the time space continuum.

Ok, so my birth year is 1977, and some of these are pretty interesting. But it's telling me that "text message" was first used in 1977, and I…I just don't think that's right, for a lot of reasons.

It was several of those factors: 1. Within walking distance of our shop. The only other restaurants within walking distance were a McDonalds and a Boston Market 2. Time. We got off at 9:30, and Applebee's was open until at least 11:00, maybe 12? So we had plenty of time to get there, eat, and hang out. 3. Could

I'm not one to get snarky about mid-level restaurant chains (because who cares?) but even I had to say "What the fuck?" when I saw those commercials.

The real appeal of Waffle House is that they're actually cooking real food, and you can watch them cook it. Greasy as hell, but it's totally legit, and totally delicious.

My wife swears by the Ruby Tuesday salad bar because it has grapes on it. The grapes make all the difference, apparently.

About 20 years ago, I was a teenager working in a comic book shop. On Wednesday (new comic day, and therefore our busiest day) after the store closed, we'd all go to Applebee's, because it was A. the closest eatery within walking distance and B. happy hour! So, I went to Applebee's once a week for about, oh, three

"That fellow teen will be the death of me!"

I never saw "The Room" way back when the cult was taking off, and at this point I feel like I've been subjected to so many references, allusions, memes, etc that the window has closed, and there's now no reason for me to actually watch it.

I blame that more on the source material. Ridley didn't have much to work with, whereas Brett was handed a masterpiece on a platter, along with a masterpiece of film to use as a blueprint.

Gone savage for teenagers with automatic weapons and boundless love?

I blame Moose and Squirrel.

Thanks for being that guy so I didn't have to be.

There's a little too much going easy on Korn here for my comfort.

Ah, I see. Well thanks for the information, young person. Here's a Werther's Original for you!

I usually only get a couple of minutes into those before I, uh, no longer feel the need to watch.

Ooooh. Ok, yeah, I'm into this.

Ooh, has "Kinjapture" become a thing? I approve.
