Gorsuch won’t be voting a certain way because he feels like he owes Trump or Republicans something, like most judges he’ll vote based on his interpretation of case law and precedent.

I always gets kick out of people like this.

The dealer I wrenched when these were new let the owners son option out cars on our order, so he would mix and match corvette headlights. We would have blue cars with white lights, mostly black lights on red and yellow cars. Made it look like Italy punched in the nose

You’re welcome to call yourself an MRA, but I think that the term has a lot of rightfully earned connotations that put you on an uphill battle to address your concerns, which are valid.

Except where they get checked as part of state inspection for rebound and leaks. I’ve replaced shocks and struts, mostly for noises and bad seals though. I’m not saying they don’t go bad, I just replace a lot less of them. Same with brake pads, I used to be able to call a car every 25 or 30k, now it’s in the 50k mile

I would be really surprised if they even wore out after 100k. I’ve been a dealership tech for GM and I couldn’t tell you the last time I replaced a shock or strut in the last 10 years for a customer, things like that don’t really wear out anymore. Like most steering and suspension bits, they still go bad but it’s a

That’s a terrible plan. I can see him dancing around while the tree falls on him, waiting for someone to get open downfield.

This has been going on for years though. When farming was mechanized(think tractors) we went from 90% agricultural employment to 4%. Industrial textile mills put an entire class of people out of work. When electronic spreadsheets came out there were 400,000 clerk jobs eliminated, but we added 600,000 accounting jobs.

That’s not really my point, and I think you pulled that out because it let you make a snarky reply.

Wait, so you’re saying he could get to be the first President to launch a nuke since FDR, start a war, and the only casualties would be another countries citizens?

While I can certainly understand wanting to start with the correct figures about many things, I don’t really see how the exact numbers matter when we’re talking about campus rape. While it might be lower than 20% even with unreported assaults factored in, it doesn’t really matter at all.

Can you point to many quarterbacks that do well at reading defenses and scanning the entire field in their first two years though? I don’t think it’s an RG III problem

It depends. Millennials are generally considered 1980-2000, my parents are Boomers born in 54 and 55, and I’m born in 1982, so my parents are boomers and I’m a millennial. There’s a good book called generations by Strauss and Howe, talking about how there are only 4 generational archetypes that repeat in order over

Pffft, why isn’t he already at the gym. Probably doesn’t even lift.

This is a line of attack I never understand. When people point out that someone is only doing something good for selfish reasons, it doesn’t taint the good act, I don’t care if he did it because he thinks the voice of Satan told him too, it still got done.

But why isn’t it okay, do you not trust your wife? Do you think she won’t be able to resist cheating on you after a business meeting over lunch? I’m not really trying to be a dick here, but I think it shows more of a lack of trust than anything.

Or jeeps that run and drive

Until GM drags a Cadillac ATS-V down, it’s classified as a compact.
