The bride has Stockholm syndrome with her sister. Yes, they had fun and it was funny and she didn’t have to wear a matching dress. Cool.

Is this really an issue though? Sure, if you test drive one once you won’t understand it. But spend a week in it and I think you’ll find it works quite well. Bear in mind, I don’t have time in an MB interior, but I do spend a lot of time with their two closest competitors. For my money, the BMW is the easiest to use,…
I mean, the MDX appears to sell extremely well. But it really eliminates (for me anyway) any reason to buy this over a loaded Pilot for less money.
Lighten up, Francis.
Goddamn they did a nice job with this. It’s, uh, a little out of my price range. But totally something I’d get if I was in that price range.
If this is the worst thing to happen to you today, you had a pretty good day. Honestly, what does it matter?
Dammmmnnn....must be something in my eyes.
You don’t become a billionaire without being able to plan and execute.
Umm..no..just that the BMW is still perfect when the internet wisdom says it should have grenaded by now.
You should feel bad for the kid and angry with the parents. And, as others stated, it seems likely he is somewhere on the autism/aspergers spectrum.
That was my first thought too.
Live and let live man.
Lol. A little salty there chief. You take what you can get. A Miata isn’t going to fit my life at all.
I remember hearing about that track from some older guys when I was a kid. I also am a Facebook acquaintance with Flemke’s son.
I mean, I feel like people pretty well know that going in. You want the style, badge, and performance. All the fun hasn’t been engineered out of it-and that shows up in higher maintenance costs.
Curious-did you buy new? Or did you get an off-lease car?
That’s the thing-it the X7 can’t carry 7 with stuff. The cargo with three rows out is tiny. So it carries 6 or 7 in comfort-as long as you don’t need anything with those people. So, IMHO, it’s not big enough. Or...it’s too big and you should just get an X5....or really-a Telluride.
It is extremely small-and that suits our 3X per year usage fine.
Yes...but that doesn’t mean it turns into a pile of junk after the warranty ends. It’s $500+- every 6 months in routine maintenance.
So a few observations as a current X5 owner (with the 3rd row option):
