Those video clips actually made me like all of these characters less.

Fork you.

HOLY CRAP.

It means hope.

They had a stargate?

“This is borrrrring...”

Personally, not a fan of Calvin & Hobbes traceovers.

This game is everything to me right now.

Yeah, really no reason for him to have been CG. I didn’t like him or Maz. They could have both been done with practical effects.

Theory: Luke is training Ben Solo (along witht others). Ben Solo is the best; a ‘chosen one’. He’s the best and knows it. Luke spends most of his time and attention training Ben. Along comes Luke’s daughter— who has an incredible aptitude in the force, even as a young child. Luke begins to spend more and more time

Luke’s Mom and G-Mom were both burnettes though? So maybe that’s why?

This droid, tho. ILUBB8

This surprises me as well. The pace was relentless. Nothing was given time to sit and breathe.

I’ve got a feeling we’re going to meet that Lor San Tekka character as a younger man in an anthology film— probably Rogue.

During the discussion about their lost son, Han mentions he dealt with it by retreating to what he knew best (smuggling). Leia responds that she did the same. This is presumably a reference to her leading the resistance/being a general and as such suggests she was up to something else before the tragic events leading

Please, god, no.

I’m ok with the idea that the force isn’t actually super difficult to obtain and requires elite training. It kind of suggests that the JEDi in the prequels really had become corrupt and bogged down in their own institution— “Oh, too old—not enough midichlorians—only we can decide who should use the force”.

A random “did not like” item from the flick (with the caveat that I really enjoyed the film/experience overall):

I still enjoyed the whole experience and enjoyed the film and my time watching it but you’re right in most of your points.

I don’t feel like he was holding back but was slowed by his injury.
