That and they want to be a prestige HBO drama that still have to appeal to fans of the silly YA novels they are prequels too so everyone once and a while the serious dark discussions about racial tension and facism gets interrupted by Fizban Twinklepants and his mystical magic kazoo doing a funny dance and song

I know it’s a Catch 22, but you’re never going to get significant authentic Latin@ representation in games (other than the stereotypes like Scarface) without Latin@ creators presenting them. Like Papa & Yo as a rare example. Or Savior if that ever comes out.

It seems they wont be satisfied until someone make a “Chapulín Colorado” AAA game which will be brought and defied by all the US people, least they are racist.

but I know Mexicans that like Speedy Gonzalez too.

None of my Latin friends use it or care about it.

Interesting, my first guess would have been Luh-TINKS

Spanish is a gendered language, you cant just change it just because it works in english.

There is also the Chilean company Ace Team that has made a name for themselves with their own unique art style and making strange quirky games turning genres on their head.

Can you stop using Latinx already. No one fucking uses it, it’s not a thing and will never be a thing. Everyone I know that’s actually from Latin America hates it and will never use it.

Damn bro. Eye roll at this one.

Man, I believe it. I make a point of never bothering to go below 96th, and it’s bad enough up there. But it’s really Uber and Lyft (and Via and that one with the Mercedes vans, too) causing the problems; anecdotally, it seems as though 80% of every non-taxi in Manhattan is one or the other—or sometimes both.

So...many...engines...without...catalytic...converters...

Living in Manhattan and owning a car we rarely pull it out of the garage. It just doesn’t make sense since, by the time I drive (at 7MPH) somewhere and find parking, I could get there *on a city bus* in less time.

15 years ago may as well have been 50 years ago. Driving in Manhattan now is nothing like back then. There used to be reasonable speed limits, and lights timed to clear the congestion rather than cause it.

You know you can get good food in other cities right?

Less murder. Crowded enough to make you want to punch random people in the face. The Chinese food is on point though.

Yup, seems like a great place for the office of a car blog. “Drive Free Or Die.” Indeed!

I drove through Manhattan in a truck with Texas plates...while lost.  It went poorly.
