Tires. You can mod the crap out of everything else on your car, but if you can’t grip, you’re just wasting your money. I finally got a set of summer tires this year, a bit wider than stock, and I can take a corner like I never could before. It feels like a completely different car. Always start with tires.
Tire air pressure gauge. Otherwise my car would be all over the place because it was .02psi off.

The only positive development I see from this car is that Toyota’s dipping into fun factory striping again.
There is no way, even if they did increase power, that they would touch that number. Not only would it cannibalize WRX (or even STI!) sales, but it would be a pretty absurd jump in power for a car that small. Another 25-40 hp is way more realistic and practical, but still not going to happen.
