It’s not real fine. It won’t ever be paid, nor was it issued with the expectation that it be paid. The likely explanation for the $25k amount is that it may be the smallest fine the FIA can levy.

It’s a classic example of F1 missing the point of why it even exists.

This seems like the highest and best use of the Horizon environment. Every time I’ve played I’ve just been annoyed by the physics (plain old Forza is plenty arcadey enough for me), but it seems like they’ll work perfectly in a Hot Wheels environment.

30% more stopping is misleading. Assuming you averaged 60 mph while moving for the trip, you would have driven for 28 hours.

It’s an exceptional situation. If towing is your raison d’être, you probably shouldn’t buy a Raptor anyway, even if it did return 12 MPG while towing instead of 9.

100k miles of towing is a lot more miserable than spending an extra $5k over the time period would be.

It’s a pathetic figure that made driving this truck on the highway genuinely miserable. Even though the ride was actually really quiet and smooth, having to fill up that 36-gallon tank every 350 miles pained my heart and pocketbook.

How on earth is he staged so shallow that he can roll that much that early?

But today’s update is that I’m back in Michigan after a miserable 1,800 mile return trip in a Ford Raptor...

That is so Celica.

More white lines and white lies, less matte black.

I’m driving an NA Miata right now, but this really makes me want to go buy an Excursion.

Well then I don’t know who it is, but there’s a contingent of people out there claiming that it’s a perfectly acceptable spelling and it’s absurd.

I’ve had this argument with someone before, apparently the Brits recognize that as an acceptable spelling of the word.

I live in the area and my grandfather raced there during its brief tenure. According to him the ambitious naming was reflected in everyone’s expectations for it and briefly in the caliber of events it held, not the least of which was the Texas International Pop Festival (the artist list is pretty heady). I don’t

Will Buxton’s column in RACER contained a pretty well reasoned take:

A glorious lump of metal it is indeed.

Working on my 135 could be a bitch in some ways, but my god oil changes were amazing.
