Have you ever watched the last two minutes of an NFL half/game, when injury incidence rates magically skyrocket? Or the last 30 seconds (30 minutes) of an NBA game?

You very clearly don’t watch baseball because you don’t seem to have a grasp on the liberties Rock took with his statements for the sake of making something both funny and noticeable.

You’re suggesting that someone chastised you for cheering about a home run? Have you ever actually been to a baseball game or are you confusing it with a tennis match you once saw on TV?

Because pitchers of color never throw at other players, white, black, latino, or otherwise.

Where in this is he implying that free market principles don’t work? He’s essentially taking an oversimplified view of economies of scale. Whether he’s right or not is a different discussion, but it says nothing of whether or not the free market is “working”.

Transaxle Alfa + Busso V6 > Tri-Spoke Saab.

“Non-GAAP earnings are perfectly acceptable.”

He and his company also tend to insert all kinds of non-GAAP nonsense into their earnings reports that are intended to create all kinds of nonsense analysis, so pot-kettle-black there.

Money, presumably.

That’s a fair point, but I think the fact that you’re talking about a relatively early stage company with unstable earnings and sales figures is the bigger issue, i.e. the quality of the data moreso than the quantity available.
