That would be cool, but no marketing department at any large company has the kind of pull to get legal and the c suite to sign off on a project that involves giving a license to an unknown indie dev. Even if they had total editorial control, that one would get shut down in a heartbeat.

I mean this particular crap getting thrown at the wall isn't even new. It's just something they've been doing for years only more and worse!

Totally agree with you. If the item drops weren’t tuned to be dog shit to push you into the auction house, it wouldn’t have been much of an issue. But they very much were.

Good review/rant! If they had named it “The Landlord”, it would be impossible to sell.

I think the blockchain is both technically capable, and well-suited to achieving that goal”

I like how this site turns my phone into a literal ball of fire!

Clive Rosefield? Guess they got the guy from Fighting Baseball to name their characters. Legit should have just gone with Bobson Dugnutt.

It would be good if you'd calm down with the anal beads thing in your posts about Niemann. It was only ever a meme and not an incredibly funny one.

I’m not sure I'd take Low Tier God's opinion too seriously.

There isn’t really anything unprecedented about his rise. If it were not for his rampant online cheating, no one would bat an eye. Just like they don’t at Firouzja or Praggnanandhaa.

I would have banned this game from my non-existent console just because it’s so embarrassing.

I don’t like his chances of succeeding here. Publishing is about contracts, marketing and distribution.

Okay, please show your work on this one. Please show me sources on Zendesk not using encryption and bragging about selling data (especially non-anonymized PII). Happy to take an L on this one if you can back up your assertions.

Cool, you also don’t know what Zendesk is. Of course it receives the data, it couldn’t possibly work otherwise. What’s your argument here? Every company should make their own first party tooling for ticketing?

Shame to see Crystal Light for gamers go through this.

That final quote from the lawsuit is dumb as hell. Zendesk isn’t some scary piece of software. It’s probably the most common customer service ticketing software and not particularly shady.

And I was surprised as hell. Russian hosts have been pretty notorious for hosting sites such as this. I stand by what I said about moving to the dark web though.

Going to the dark web is a bit of a death sentence for a site. When you’ve got some Russian service that would legit love to host you, there is no reason to risk your traffic like that.

Watching Americans say “hob” for stovetop while playing PlateUp has been a trip.

The best Canadian player is inherently the best Canadian player “in the world”.
