I'm curious what makes you think he is a douche? Seems to me like he was flogging his car, which most people bitch about performance car owners not doing, and admitted he screwed up and it was his fault.

Every time I read the descriptions, dreams, and verbal diarrhea that comes from one of these vaporware car companies, I get a bit stupider. And I work for an automotive OEM supplier. So the next time a gas pedal gets stuck or an ignition key fails, you can blame Jalopnik directly.
