This truck wants me to do very dumb things. I’ve almost convinced myself I should trade in my Tacoma for one of these. Reliability, relative comfort, quality, possibly even fuel economy (which is not good on my Tacoma)and maybe resale value all out the window for pure Diesel Jeep Pickup Fever.

I agree. This is for businesses that can build their own charging infrastructure into their already existing trucking and warehouse infrastructure. The time savings from being able to combine fueling and loading/unloading should be worth it alone.
