I'm due in 2 weeks and thankful that I'm at least in New England and no longer in the South which has higher maternal death rates. My state IS currently sucking it up in the Department of Children's Services category though; it's truly awful for those children and families.

GIVE ME THIS DRESS. I love me some Dita. Just stunning!

Having lived in SC, GA, TN, and now MA, I'm super happy to live in Massachusetts (minus the Masshole drivers). I hated living in the South. Driving everywhere, suburbia, allergies, being hot as fuck in the summer, tornadoes, shitty infrastructure, shitty job options, no. Give me infrastructure, job options, the

Oy. My alma mater AND a sizable chunk of my state (MA) are on the list.

A+++++++ for the Jurassic Park DNA guy.

I would be royally fucked. Word problems never made sense to me to begin with. I did really well in logic and critical thinking classes, but math never seemed to click. I feel like an idiot that I still struggle to figure out tips...

WTF? My school banned Mountain Dew, Surge, and Jolt back in ye olde 90s.

As a (first-time) 37 week pregnant lady also in Boston: DEAR GOD, NO. NONONONONONO.

Flying to Europe last year, I had 4 episodes of GoT on the inflight entertainment to watch. I had binge watched part of the first season when I had free access to the show for a week, so I decided to take the opportunity. (I have since received a sibling's HBOGo account info).

What the shop owner did is what I always fantasize doing in those ridiculous situations.

YES! This! That irritated me to no end!

Pete is a character I love to hate, but he's almost less insufferable as a California hippie.

Um...wow. That's a hell of a lot of expensive fugliness.

We're due in just over a month and didn't find out the gender. But Augustine (pronounced the Catholic way) is the middle name we picked for a boy.

Thanks!

GIVE ME THAT BABEH! I'm due in 6 weeks, and therefore ALL THE HORMONES.

That is horrifying and heartbreaking.

Sounds like Paula went to the same lecture on notifying employees as the woman who laid me off. At 4:15 (we closed at 4:30) on a Friday. I had to transfer my entire desktop to the shared C drive and pack up my desk in like 10 minutes. Thanks?

Sigh.
